At AERA's prestigious Undergraduate Student Education Research Training Workshop, I had the privilege of presenting my research on developing an equitable talent pipeline for educational researchers. As part of an esteemed cohort, I engaged with senior scholars and peers to discuss innovative strategies addressing the critical need for diversity and inclusivity in educational research. My presentation fostered interdisciplinary dialogue and highlighted approaches to cultivate a more representative research community. This experience not only allowed me to contribute to an important conversation but also deepened my understanding of the challenges and opportunities in creating a more inclusive educational research landscape.
